New Golf Entertainment Venue Coming to Bettendorf, Iowa

Eight months after it was announced that a new golf entertainment venue was coming to Bettendorf, Iowa/Quad Cities, it was announced that the facility is officially named "IRON TEE GOLF".
Guests of the new three-level golf entertainment venue will experience TopTracer Range technology in 58 climate-controlled outdoor hitting bays, chef-driven menu items, top-shelf drinks, music, and year-round entertainment.
Numerous high-definition televisions will be located throughout the facility with one oversized 4K LED TV screen, capable of showing up to six sporting events at once in the main bar area along with a sports ticker displaying live scoring for sporting enthusiasts.
The venue will also feature a 10,000 square foot state-of-the-art video gaming space, which will include an immersive virtual reality platform named "Hyperdeck VR", "Lucky-Putt Golf" a tech-driven social golf experience that blends the nostalgic joy of traditional mini-golf with proprietary technology to deliver an unforgettable experience along with many more high-tech games.
Also included will be a 3,000 Sqft main event space, a 1,200 Sqft pre-function event space, two smaller event spaces totaling 1,000 Sqft. and 530 Sqft. respectively. Year-round programming will include events for kids and families, social leagues, golf tournaments, corporate events, showers, graduation parties, concerts, charity events and more.
A future18,000 Sqft outdoor common plaza area which will be staged between the multi-sport fields and the golf venue will feature oversized games, seating, food, and beverage.
It was also announced that the Iron Tee Golf complex will partner with First Tee Quad Cities, an organization that offers golf programs to youth.
"Much like our other program locations, this facility will have a large First Tee classroom, where kids will learn all the ins and outs of golf," First Tee Quad Cities Executive Director Sara McLaughlin-Cross said. "But more importantly, we will be instilling confidence in them - to build their character and life skills."
Located across the street from TBK Bank Sports Complex, this 70,000+ square-foot entertainment venue is being developed by Middle & Forest Grove, LLC, a new entity created by local investors Ryan Hintze, Doug Kratz, Kevin Koellner & Ben Logsdon. It is expected to be completed by late fall 2023.
The new development will also feature several multi-sport (Baseball, Softball and Soccer) turf fields, which will be managed by TBK Bank Sports Complex. The TBK Bank Sports Complex is a state-of-the-art sports and entertainment complex. The outdoor amenities include turf fields for baseball and soccer, food and beverage concessions, and sand volleyball courts. Inside, the complex has basketball courts, a soccer turf field, a high-end fitness center, a sports bar and restaurant, and a full-service two-story family entertainment center.
